Premium Economy Air is available on SAS or British Airways to London, Copenhagen and Stockholm depending on the U.S. gateway. Premium Economy Air add-on are available from the following cities only:
JFK/EWR/BOS/PHL/WAS/BWI/YYZ/YUL/ATL/CHI/DFW/IAH/MIA/ORL/TPA/ LAX/SFO/ DEN/PHX/SEA/YYC/YVR.
Full payment for the Premium Economy Air add-on must be received at least 50 days prior to flight departure. Flights are subject to cancellation if the payment is not received by 50 days prior to departure. A $500 per person penalty applies for cancellations or changes within 50 days of flight departure.
3. Forced overnight hotel stays en route to/from the cruise due to airline availability or scheduling are the sole responsibility of the guest.
